Marina Nesmeldinova

Marina Nesmeldinova is Chief Specialist for materials and technical supply at Leopard Invest, responsible for procurement planning and the supply chain that keeps project and operating teams equipped.

She spent six years with the Corporation Kazakhmys project group building the pilot plant, working as economist combined with materials and technical supply engineer through design, construction and start-up. Earlier roles inside Kazakhmys included lead specialist in planning and financial support and in operational activity planning, and economist in materials and technical supply for the Zhezkazgan region.

She holds a degree in economics from the Kazakh Engineering and Technical Academy and an economist-accountant qualification from Zhezkazgan Polytechnic College, and works across ERA Financials, IFS and Dynamics 365 alongside standard planning tools.
